ONE HALF HOUR TORTE 
4 eggs
4 tbsp. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. oil

Whip yolks separately, then mix flour, sugar and oil into yolks. Whip whites separately. Fold the two together. Pour into jelly roll cookie sheet pan with edges. Spread evenly. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool and cut in thirds. Set on wire rack. Make your whip cream or frosting. I use bananas dipped in lemon juice to prevent browning. Spread bottom layer with whipped cream, then lay bananas. Repeat with remaining two layers. Frost with whipped cream too. Put drained crushed pineapple on top and raspberries as decoration. Refrigerate and serve. Unforgettable.
