Baking potatoes, cut long wise
butter
Paprika
Season salt
Garlic salt, optional

Score potatoes with sharp knife. Put pat of butter on. Sprinkle with paprika, garlic salt, season salt. Place face down on a foil lined baking pan. Bake in hot oven 375 to 400 degrees for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Will be crispy on outside. Check for doneness with a fork. Top with favorite toppings i.e. sour cream, bacon, chives, onions, etc.
