DUCK OR GOOSE DRESSING 
3 c. cubed bread (dried)
1/2 c. hot water
2 tsp. orange peel (grated)
2/3 c. orange pieces
2 c. celery
1/4 lb. butter
1 egg (beat)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. poultry season
Dash pepper

Double for goose. Combine bread and water first.
