MOMMY GOOSE'S PORK TENDERLOIN 
2 pork tenderloins
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. honey
1 or 2 cloves crushed garlic
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch

Marinate meat with all other ingredients for at least one hour. Place pork on rack in roasting pan in 325 degree (preheated oven). Bake one hour. Pour marinade in pan, heat and thicken with cornstarch mixed with water. Pour over meat and serve.
