1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
Frosting (below)

Combine first 4 ingredients. Put in two 8 inch round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Frost.

FROSTING:

12 oz. Cool Whip
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. can crushed pineapple with juice

Mix all ingredients and frost cake. Refrigerate cake.
