MOIST HAWAIIAN CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
9 oz. Cool Whip
3 oz. pkg. reg. vanilla pudding mix
1 med. can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. milk

Mix cake as directed on package and bake in a jelly roll pan (15x10x1 inch). Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

Add 1/2 cup milk to pudding and boil until thickened. Put wax paper on top and cool, then add softened cream cheese and Cool Whip and beat. Add crushed pineapple. Put mixture on top of cake. Garnish with nuts and coconut. (I use a regular oblong pan instead of a jelly roll pan.)
