MOIST PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
Dash salt
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift dry ingredients together. Add pineapple, eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Pour batter into a greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Pet milk
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
