DUNK-IT CONES 
6 c. Chex cereal
6 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 qt. ice cream
Ice cream cones

Measure cereal into a large sealable bag and seal. Squeeze the bag to crush the cereal into various-sized crumbs. Melt butter in microwave, 30-45 seconds on HIGH; add sugars and cinnamon and mix well. Add cereal to butter mixture and stir to mix thoroughly. Microwave 4-5 seconds on HIGH, stirring every minute. Cool on absorbent paper. Scoop ice cream into cones. Place 1/2 cup mixture into a small bowl. Roll a cone in mixture to coat and take a bite! Keep dunking until the ice cream is gone!
