CAKE CONES 
1 chocolate cake mix
Ice cream cones with flat bottoms
1 can whipped cream
Maraschino cherries

Mix the cake batter following the directions on the box. Set an ice cream cone in each cup of a muffin pan. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Fill each cone three quarters full of cake batter. Bake the cones for 30 minutes. Test them to see if they are done. Take the pan out of the oven. Take cones out of pan to cool. Make cones in oven until all batter is used. Let all cones cool completely before serving.

Top each cone with a fluffy pile of whipped cream just before serving. Add a cherry to the top of each cone. If Cool Whip is added before completely cool, it will run all over.
