SAUSAGE - RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. chopped onion
1 lg. clove garlic
1 can bean with bacon soup
3/4-1 c. water
3/4 c. catsup
2 c. cooked rice

Cook pork and onion in skillet. Drain and add remaining ingredients. Cook until flavors are blended and hot.
