JOAN'S SOUR CREAM BISCUITS 
Super good, makes great shortcakes if you sweeten the dough a bit more. These are REALLY GOOD!

1 cup dairy sour cream (whipped)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 2/3 cups flour (bread flour is best - fluffier)
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. sugar or Splenda

Add the sifted dry ingredients to the whipped sour cream, roll out about 3/4-inch thick, cut out with floured glass or doughnut round cutter.

Put on greased cookie sheet, or one with parchment paper. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350°F till light brown.
