Really luv peanut butter cookies but thought you had to chill the dough etc. Who has time for that??

These were great. I used 1/2 sugar and half Splenda (diabetic in family) also added the one tablespoon regular flour. Only baked for 8 mintes Perfect!

I just made this recipe for my daughter to take to school for a friend's birthday - they are decorating her locker. Perfect! I did, however, sub 1/4 c. of the white sugar for brown sugar and added 1 tsp. vanilla, as I had seen suggested on variations of this recipe. So fast and easy my 3 year old son helped me do this before my daughter got on the school bus this morning. So yummy, so easy.

love, love, love these cookies! They are even awesome made with Splenda instead of regular sugar. In fact you can use brown or white sugar or sugar subistute when making these! If you are afraid of making cookies, these are sure to build your confidence, as you pretty much can't make a mistake!!!

I'm wide awake, chronic insomniac that I am. Lately, I've been having severe cravings for these peanut butter cookies that my mother used to make me when I was little. (She passed away in January). I searched online for simple peanut butter cookie recipes, but recipe after recipe, they all were too complicated. I never remembered my mother adding oats, cinnamon, extracts, or anything much really. Because we never really had much, growing up, but she could make magic from the simplest things! I was so pleased that this recipe was so easy. Three ingredients! Wow!!! I made them, and they looked, smelled, and tasted exactly like the ones my Mother made. I am pleased beyond words; and will definitely make these again! I can't wait to try them with my niece. I know she'll love them!
