I added a little over a half cup of brown sugar, instead of the white sugar, along with about a tablespoon of cinnamon and a teaspoon of nutmeg (it's around Thanksgiving). They turned out fantastic. They have a great taste and they are so easy. Thanks so much for the recipe. It worked amazingly. :)

Put a little oil in your measuring cup before spooning in one cup of peanut butter - pour the oil out prior - the peanut butter will just slide out of your measuring cup and not be messy.

I am diabetic and for those who want to cut down on the sugar and still have a firm cookie I used Splenda and it worked wonderfully, great flavor and texture...

This recipe came out perfectly and was so delicious! Adding things only made it better; nuts, choc chips, butterscotch chips, etc. One of the best and easiest cookies i've ever made and will have to repeat for Christmas. Thanks so much.

I needed a recipe for a cookie exchange and had no brown sugar in the house, came across this recipe and figured I would try it. They really are GOOD! :) I followed the recipe, added chocolate chips, before baking sprinkled a very small abount of raw sugar on top. I used Jif peanut butter, and I think they are great! I am a little embarassed to bring the recipe to the exchange...they were too easy! Now if anyone has dinner recipes this quick and good, please share!!!
