After searching other PBC recipes, I decided on this one and it was very, very, good...quick and easy. The cookies had a great taste but, even after I adjusted the sugar content, the cookies were still a little too sweet. Other than that, PERFECT!!!!

I was a little worried about this recipe because there was no flour, etc. listed in the ingredients list but when I tasted them they were really good for being quick and easy to make! I will definitely make these again when I want to make something that's quick, easy, and tastes good!

I recently made these as a gift... decided to go very low on the sugar, only 2 tablespoons. I think 4 tablespoons next time will be perfect! I also added 2 teaspoons of home-brewed vanilla extract. Some I pressed with a fork and some I flattened with a glass and topped each one with 3 or 4 dark chocolate chips. As soon as they come out of the oven, smooth the chocolate over each cookie with a knife... delicious!!!
