OVERNIGHT HOT DISH 
2 c. cooked turkey or chicken
1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni, raw
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 cans mushrooms, drained
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 sm. jar pimentos, diced
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion, minced

Combine all ingredients in 9x13 inch pan. Place covered in the refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Remove foil last 1/2 hour of baking. Let set 5 minutes before serving.
