STUFFING HOT DISH 
4 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. can of evaporated milk
3 c. cut up chicken or turkey
1 c. melted butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
3 tbsp. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix stuffing mix and butter together. Spread 1/2 the amount into 9 x 13 inch pan, saving rest for top. Mix together soups, chicken, milk, onion, peas, salt and pepper; pour mixture in pan. Sprinkle other half of stuffing mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
