CHICKEN CROUTETTES HOT DISH 
2 c. cut up cooked chicken or turkey
Sliced onion
Sliced water chestnuts
Pimento
Sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 box croutettes

Place chicken or turkey in 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle onion, water chestnuts, pimento and mushrooms on top of chicken. In a bowl, mix together the soups. Pour over the chicken mixture. Put a layer of croutettes on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 12.
