CHICKEN BROCCOLI HOT DISH 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. of frozen broccoli (or cauliflower)
2 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Cook broccoli in salted water until tender. Arrange broccoli in a greased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Place chicken on top. Combine the soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
