GRAPE GLAZED MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 onions, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grape jelly
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. horseradish

Combine beef, bread crumbs, eggs, onions (chopped), salt, and pepper. Blend well. In separate bowl, combine jelly, ketchup, mustard and horseradish. Mix well and put half into meat mixture, blending well. Shape meat into loaf and place in shallow pan. Spoon remaining jam mixture over loaf. Bake at 400 degrees for about 1 hour.
