EASY RYE BREAD 
1/2 c. molasses
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. salt
2 c. boiling water
2 c. milk
1 c. oil
2 c. rye flour
2 tbsp. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 tbsp. sugar
White flour

Mix molasses, sugar and salt. Pour 2 cups boiling water over it. Add milk, oil, rye flour, and the yeast dissolved in the warm water with the sugar. Add enough white flour to make it feel elastic. Knead until smooth. Make 4 loaves and put in greased bread pans. Let stand overnight or until double in size. Bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour and at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
