ZESTY MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. chopped meat, veal and beef
2 eggs
Garlic
Minced onion
Dash of sugar
Onion powder
Cracker meal
2 tbsp. duck sauce
Tomato sauce

Mix meat mixture with eggs, garlic, minced onion, dash of sugar, onion powder, and cracker meal. Form into balls about the size of golf balls. Place into pot filled with tomato sauce (canned, jarred or fresh). Add duck sauce. Let meatballs cook for about 2 hours. Serve hot with favorite pasta.
