AMERICAN STIR FRY 
Stir fry the following in a wok with 1 tablespoon oil to coat the wok:

2 lg. onions
3 stalks celery
4 carrots

The above vegetables must be all sliced very thin. Cover the wok and cook on high, stirring frequently. Any of the following may also be cooked at the same time:

Sm. pieces of broccoli
Asparagus pieces
Sliced fresh mushrooms

Do not use any pea pods, bamboo shots, sprouts or water chestnuts. Cook or microwave enough rice separately to serve the number of people at the meal. When the vegetables are tender add one bottle of Kikkoman stir fry sauce and stir to coat. Simmer for several minutes after adding several pounds of cooked meat (beef, chicken, pork). You may also add canned peas at this time. Serve over the rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
