Grease 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Pour in cake pan:

1 (2 1/2 size) can of sliced peaches, juice and all

Over it sprinkle:

1 pkg. butter brickle cake mix (dry)

Top with:

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nut meats

Cover with 1/4 pound melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 35 minutes. Top with Cool Whip or ice cream.
