SPICED PEACH DESSERT 
1 (16 oz.) can unsweetened peach halves, undrained
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. grated orange rind

Drain peaches and save juice. Combine cornstarch and spices, stir in peach juice and rind. Add peaches to mixture in saucepan, then bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve warm. 3 servings.
