SPICED PEACH MOLDED SALAD 
1 (1 lb.) can sliced cling peaches
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
12 whole cloves
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. orange gelatin
3/4 c. cold water

Drain peaches, measuring 3/4 cup syrup. Chop peaches coarsely. Bring syrup, vinegar, sugar, and spices slowly to boil. Add peaches, simmer 10 minutes. Strain syrup and discard cloves. Add boiling water to make 1 cup if necessary. Dissolve gelatin in hot syrup. Add cold water and peaches. Chill until slightly thickened. Pour into mold.
