SPICED PEACH DELIGHT 
1 (1 lb.) can sliced peaches, coarsely chopped
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
12 whole cloves
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
3/4 c. cold water

Drain peaches - retain syrup to make 3/4 cup. Combine syrup, vinegar, sugar, spices; bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Strain syrup discarding cloves. Add boiling water to syrup to make 1 cup. Dissolve Jello in this mixture. Add cold water and peaches. Chill slightly; then pour into desired mold.
