SPICED PEACH SALAD 
1 #2 1/2 (28 oz.) can peach slices in heavy syrup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
4 whole cloves
2 sticks cinnamon
1 box orange gelatin (sm. size)

Combine 1 cup peach syrup with vinegar, sugar and spices. Boil 2 minutes. Add drained peach slices. Simmer 10 minutes. Drain liquid and add enough water to make 2 cups liquid. Dissolve orange gelatin in liquid. Remove spices from peaches. Stir peach slices into gelatin mixture. Chill until set.
