SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN AND GRAVY 
1. Wash, dry cut up fryers.

1 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper

In bag, shake. Add chicken. 2. Melt 1 cup butter in fry pan. Brown chicken slowly, turning. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. 3. Remove chicken.

1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. chicken stock into drippings

Add 1 quart milk. Stir until thick. Season. 4. Add chicken to warm. Serve over biscuits.
