EASY CHICKEN DIVAN 
9 x 13 inch dripping pan
Chicken breast, cut in strips
2 bags frozen broccoli pieces, thawed and drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup, not diluted
2 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted

Layer bottom of pan with chicken strips. Put 1 1/2 bags of broccoli on top of chicken. Pour soup over broccoli. Sprinkle cheese on top of soup. Top cheese with crumbled crackers. Pour butter over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
