HEARTY BEEF PIE 
1 c. sliced onion
1/4 c. bacon fat
1 lb. round steak, cut into cubes
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt, dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. raw potatoes
Biscuits

Saute onions in fat. Roll steak in flour and seasonings. Remove onions and brown meat. Add boiling water, cover and simmer 1 hour. Add potatoes and cook 10 minutes more. Pour in greased 2 quart casserole, place onions on top, arrange biscuits on top and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
