RHUBARB RAISIN PIE 
3 c. rhubarb, cut in pieces
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
4 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. seedless raisins

Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and pour in unbaked pie shell. Cover with top crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes. 1 cup of crushed pineapple (drained) may be used instead of raisins.
