THREE LAYER RAISIN PIE 
1 c. raisins
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. whipping cream

Chop raisins; add sour cream, sugar, eggs, spices and salt. Bring to a boil and cook over reduced heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Add butter; cool completely.

Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Whip cream and fold into cheese mixture. Spread half of the cheese mixture into a baked 9-inch pie shell. Add the raisin mixture and top with remaining cheese combination.
