RAISIN PIE 
1 1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. butter

Combine sugar, flour and salt. Add boiling water slowly, stirring constantly. Cook over hot water until thick and clear. Add raisins, lemon juice and butter. Mix thoroughly. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
