ORANGE WHOLE - WHEAT BREAD 
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. crunchy nut-like cereal
1 egg
4 tsp. grated orange rind
3/4 c. orange juice
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter melted

Sift all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Stir in whole flour and cereal. Beat egg slightly in small bowl. Stir in orange rind and juice, milk and butter. Pour liquid ingredients into dry and stir just until flour is evenly moist. Spoon batter into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake in a moderate oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove and cool. Wrap in foil on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove and cool. Wrap in foil and store overnight.
