BEEF CARROT CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/4 c. minced onion 1 clove garlic 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. sour cream 1 c. cottage cheese 1/4 c. parsley 1 c. cooked carrots, sliced 8 oz. med. noodles, cooked 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese Brown beef in skillet. Add onion and garlic salt. Stir in tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, parsley, carrots, and cooked noodles. Alternate layers of noodle mixture with meat sauce in 3 quart greased casserole, beginning and ending with noodles. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
