FISH FILLETS WITH MUSTARD 
1 lb. fish filets, any kind
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. chopped parsley
Lemon wedges

Preheat broiler to high. Spray broiler pan with Pam. Place fillets on pan and season with salt and pepper. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and parsley. Brush over fillets evenly. Broil 3 inches from source of heat, about 3-5 minutes, depending upon thickness of fillet. Watch may get too brown. This dish may also be baked in oven at 350 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes until fish flakes. Really delicious and so very easy.
