BAKED FISH FILLETS 
Wash fillets and pat dry. Coat them with Hellmann's mayonnaise. Pat Pepperidge Farm seasoned crumbs over the mayonnaise. Top with a few pats of butter (optional). Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until flaky. Sprinkle with paprika to serve.
