FONTES FAMILY TURKEY STUFFING 
2-3 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork
1 lb. chourico
1 day old loaf Italian bread
2 eggs
Salt, pepper, Bell's turkey seasoning

Fry onions and celery in butter until soft but not brown. Brown ground beef and pork in same pan. Chop chourico and add. Cook about 15 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and Bell's turkey seasoning.

Dip bread chunks into cold water. Wring and shred by hand into large bowl. Add eggs; mix by hand. Add all the cooked ingredients. If mixture is too wet, add dry stuffing cubes until right consistency.
