BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
2 stalks broccoli, cut up (can use 2 pkg. or 1 bag frozen)
3/4 c. celery
1/3 c. onion
1/2 c. melted butter (1 stick)
1 can cheddar cheese soup (can use 1 c. Cheez Whiz or Velveeta)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Minute Rice

Mix onion, celery, rice, and melted butter first, then add other ingredients. Butter casserole dish and put mixture into it. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
