MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 1/2 c. butter, softened
2 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. butter
2 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
1/4 c. evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream 1 1/2 cups butter, sugar and 2 ounces chocolate in a large mixing bowl at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. At low speed, beat in flour, walnuts, and coconut; mix well. Pour into 13 x 9 inch greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Spread marshmallow creme over top. Cool.

Cream 1/2 cup butter in small mixer bowl. Beat in powdered sugar and 2 ounces chocolate. Add evaporated milk and vanilla, mixing well. Spread over cake. Cut and serve.
