MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla extract

TOPPING:

1/2 c. whole milk
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1 box 10X sugar
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows

Melt butter. Cool. Mix sugar and cocoa. Add eggs and cream them. Add cooled butter. Add flour and mix with mixer. Add nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured sheet cake pan. Bake 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees.

About 5 minutes before cake is ready to come out of the oven, prepare the topping. Mix confectioners' sugar, cocoa, milk and butter with mixer. Just as soon as cake is removed from oven, sprinkle marshmallows to cover top of hot cake. Be generous with the marshmallows! Immediately pour topping over and spread evenly with a knife. Cool completely and start counting the calories!
