2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. cocoa
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows

Mix all ingredients except marshmallows. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. While hot, cover with marshmallows. While still WARM, cover with icing.

ICING:

1 box 4x sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter

Sift sugar and cocoa together. Add milk and butter. Mix until easy to spread and put on warm cake.
