PERFECT PUMPKIN BARS 
4 eggs
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until fluffy. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Spread in greased and floured 10x15 pan. Bake at 350 degrees, 25-30 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese icing.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 (3 oz.) softened cream cheese
1/2 c. softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Beat together with electric mixer.
