5 or 6 med. potatoes
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix (I use Mrs. Grass)
1 c. water

Scrub and cut up potatoes, no need to peel. Mix water and soup mix and pour over potatoes. Cover and bake until potatoes are soft, approximately 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

I make this in the microwave on full power 5 minutes at a time until done. Stir after each 5 minutes. Takes 10 to 15 minutes depending on amount of potatoes. Very good with beef roast.
