1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes, unpeeled, cut into wedges
1/3 c. oil

Combine ingredients; mix well. Put into 9 x 13 inch pan or baking dish. Bake 40 minutes, stir occasionally. 8 servings.
