1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. raisins mixed with 1 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg

Combine all ingredients except raisins in mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Stir in raisins. Spread in greased 11 x 7 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes.
