GWYNETH'S FAVORITE FISH 
1 lb. haddock fillets
2 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Place fillets in a shallow pan. Sprinkle lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Spread bread crumbs over fish, evenly, then drizzle with melted butter. Top with Swiss cheese; divide as needed. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily and is no longer translucent.
