FISH CHOWDER 
1 can salmon or 1 lb. fresh snapper
2 chopped onions
1 c. tomatoes
1 tsp. mustard
Allspice
Bay leaf
Vinegar
Slice of lemon
Bacon drippings
Flour
Worcestershire sauce
1 med. size potato, cut in sm. pieces
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. rice

Heat bacon drippings, add flour and cook to a golden brown, stirring constantly.

Combine all ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low heat until all ingredients are cooked. Cover with water in desired amount.
