NEW ORLEANS FISH 
2 lb. thick wheat meat fish, cubed (cod, haddock)
1 red pepper, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 to 2 c. Knorr's Creole sauce
2 c. rice (cook to yield 4-6 lg. servings)

In a baking pan, mix all above ingredients except rice. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 1/2 hour. Serve over rice.
