FISH ITALIANO 
3 c. sliced onion
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
Dash of garlic powder
1 lb. fish fillets (cod, haddock, etc.)

Spread all in bottom of pan with onion until soft. Lay fish on top. combine other ingredients and spread on fish. Sprinkle with oregano and parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until flaky.
